Dr. Snehal Amin has been with our practice since 2005. Dr. Amin graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine (alpha omega alpha). After serving as Chief Resident in dermatology at Cornell’s New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Dr. Amin completed a one-year dermatologic surgery fellowship. During his educational and professional career, Dr. Amin has been awarded numerous research grants for work in melanoma, laser medicine and skin cancer biology. Dr. Amin currently serves as the Director of Mohs, Laser and Dermatologic Surgery at New York Medical College. Dr. Amin is also an Assistant Professor of Dermatology, where he directs laser research projects and dermatologic surgery education. Dr. Amin’s clinical interests and skills include Mohs micrographic surgery, facial and cosmetic reconstruction, laser resurfacing and pediatric/adult laser surgery.
