New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.
Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday - Saturday, by appointment only.
- Monday 9:00 am - 8:30 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Billing & Payment
Payment is expected for all copays at the time of the visit. If you have either no insurance or you are covered by an insurance company with which we do not participate, all fees must be paid at the time of visit. We accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
Insurance
We contract with most plans except for Medicaid and MDNY. At the time you made your appointment, our participation with your plan should have been discussed with you. If this did not occur, or if you still have a question, please call and speak to someone in our billing department.
Please be aware that most insurance plans need referrals in order to see a specialist. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.
